Not only is this excellent dietary advice , this remains what many consider one of the best palindromes ever.This was the winning entry in a competition organised among a group of people by John Henry Whitehead who challenged them to improve upon the well known palindrome “Step on no pets” . These people were recruited to their jobs based on their mastery of chess and crossword puzzles.
